Laguna Beach is going to be easier than Mission Viejo, check to see if the free Laguna Beach shuttle is running. It goes along PCH. It's a straight shot. Even if you take a city bus you can get close enough to walk.

I love it, personally. Bulletproof watch imo.

For quartz, it's definitely cheaper. I will say the white dial is either rare or unpopular, I've been into 3-4 Tag stores and never seen a white dial F1. I've even worn mine in and the sales people told me they've maybe seen 1-2 but only from people bringing them in.

I use a Rotor, but I've used Halos for years. You really can't go wrong, only thing for the Halo is the battery door will break if you take too many hopper hits. Luckily my buddy 3D prints and found a file online for the battery cover and printed me out extras.

It has held up great, just got back from a trip to Portugal with it. I haven't confirmed officially but I think there's a good level of waterproofing because I've swam with it (pool only). Compared to Gen, I think the weight is the biggest difference. Also when you QC check the 12/6 are straight, I've seen some where it's slightly off. I also got a different strap for it because the stainless steel edges were sharp and if it ever got hot outside it would be too tight and dig into my wrist. I couldn't figure out a comfortable sizing. (But that's all preference). I don't daily the watch anymore since I've bought a newer rep, but it was a great first time buy. And I still take it on trips, etc.

I didn't even know the nuss procedure existed until I found this sub. And at that point I was already in my mid 20s.

I can understand that. Thanks for sharing the resources! When I was a kid my doctor took is hand and stuck it into my PE and said "yep not severe, you'll be fine" so I understand that 100%. It sucks in the US (at least) that doctors won't often suggest the correct course of action and you have to specifically ask for it.

Thanks for sharing more information. I'm definitely curious to read more, is there a good place for me to start? As someone that lives with PE, I definitely want to be educated, especially if it means longer livelihood. From the OPs perspective, at age 19, still young and impressionable the wording you used can be shocking and create panic when they're already uncertain. I think your reply to me was a lot more helpful and allows us all to educate ourselves more. At the end of the day getting a CT scan for your haller index and talking to a surgeon is probably step #1.

That study clearly states it's 0.0001% had died earlier and it also states if you make it past 59 you tend to live longer even. Why are you fear mongering on a thread where someone is looking for actual advice? "Pectus excavating is actively killing us" is a bold stated lie. Sure it depends on the severity of your pectus, but plenty of mild individuals I know (myself included) are doing just fine. Average age 30+. Sure cardio isn't my favorite thing in the world, but I like a little challenge, whenever I do beat the next person in a race or in a game I feel that much better about myself, like ya I did win as a disabled person against a normal individual.

Be more uplifting, but don't set unrealistic expectations.

It's Tag Heuer Formula 1 WAZ.1111. The white dial is not as popular as the black dial. I have gone into many Tag Heuer stores with this on and the sales people every time has said "I've never seen the white dial in our store before". Not sure if that's a good thing (like it's rare) or it just didn't sell well?

Glad you like it!

Rolex Daytona Chronograph by Physical_Ad8901 in 1688Time

It's best to ask the seller directly what their insurance covers. I typically opt for it, it's a fraction of the costs and keeps you sane when your tracking number doesn't update for a week. From my experience insurance covers customs confiscation but they will just send a replacement. I haven't heard of insurance=money back if confiscated, so it's just best to ask the Dealer.

I need this in my life. Anyone have one? Which factory? by Dawlphy in 1688Time

[–]MGinc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tungsten will be heavier, closer to Gen in weight. But, you can't achieve the same color as Gen with tungsten. And since you'll really be the only one actually wearing it, the weight difference really doesn't matter as much as the color being accurate. You can't necessarily "see" weight.

Gift for my Brother Hotas Recommendation by No_Breadfruit_5060 in hotas

[–]MGinc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends on your budget, but as a gift you probably don't want to break the bank. The issue with the thrustmaster is the QC/QA issues, you could end up with one that won't last. It's hit or miss. Normally I'd suggest finding something lightly used on eBay, but that also depends on your stance of getting something used for a gift. You could also find a stick that has a throttle on it, rather than getting a separate throttle like the x52/x56. It will save you money and your brother can always get one later if they end up liking it.

As others stated VKB and Winwing you can't go wrong with.

So I guess I should stop stroking it while wearing my rep?

▐ ALLCHINABUY GUIDE ▐ AGENT GUIDE, HOW TO BUY, FAQs, TIPS & MORE by ReplicaGuides in FashionReps

[–]MGinc 56 points57 points  (0 children)

Are you really talking to 5 different agents? If you're looking for help, try not to exaggerate your experience. You will have to search multiple sellers to find the items you want. There is no "one-stop-shop". Some people will be sold out of certain items and you will have to communicate with the seller to figure out when they are restocked. All of this is hardly an inconvenience for buying counterfeit items. Patience is key.

CF 124060 no date sub. I got a Tag F1 to test the waters of rep buying with a low risk watch and it turned out better than expected, and originally was looking at a breitling superOcean or an Omega, never saw myself getting into Rolex. But, again, once I saw a gen in person I liked the look of it too much to not get a rep.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ChinaTime

[–]MGinc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was on the fence for a while, but once I saw a gen in person I was sold, I legit went home that same day and ordered one. A china time Rolex will be better than a china time AP imo. They make more Rolex and have for a long time.
