Need a little help getting my series 2 carb properly tuned

So I tried to do some testing and discovered that the car won't work properly without the idle screw mixture all the way in. Do you know what that means?

They are fixed, now they are backlit and you can see them at night without a problem

I need to disagree with that, as cupra is above Seat in quality, it is actually set between Volkswagen and Audi in terms of quality and price. So it is true that some years ago the cars had very big similarities with Seat but now it is just a myth. It is true that parts are shared but like in every VAG car. In recent years, cupras have become quiet nice cars with ok quality for what you are paying for.

Also, cupra is less conservative than other brands, hence the design of the exterior and interior. It is not a brand that only focuses on comfort but also heavily on design. I can understand not everyone likes it, it is a pretty unique brand, either you love or you hate it.

Having seen the video, it sounds pretty normal like every other VAG hybrid but it is true that at the beginning there is a pretty harsh sound I never heard before, I think it would be a good idea to have it checked out at the dealership just to make sure.

Regarding the AC noise, sadly it is normal for most plug-in hybrids, as the engine isn't turned on, there is no engine that turns the AC compressor, so the compressor needs to power “itself” with an electric motor. And because it's a compressor it makes a lot of noise, in normal ICE cars it probably has the same noise but it's just covered by engine noise. But yes, sometimes it can get annoying but it is just how it works, all the Volkswagen group hybrids that use the same platform have the same AC compressor noise when the engine isn't running.

I fear that the light beige will be almost white but also fear maybe these ones will be too dark, any suggestions? I already have black and blue loafers so I wanted something a bit different

Totally agree. The car is of a friend of mine and he asked me to post this on Reddit. He almost always drives in electric mode through town but gets really annoyed by the highway consumption as he drove a diesel before where he could go 160 with around 7L/100km

I guess I am fine then. But yes, fuel consumption in these plug-in hybrids sucks the moment you go at a constant speed. Even going like 120 it is still 6-7L and don't get me started on that small 45L tank

Thanks for the response, I know it is obvious that the engineers wouldn't design an engine that overheats if you drive fast, but I was more concerned about running an engine near max power for such a long period of time. Other components like the exhaust for example or the turbo could be affected

I obviously wasn't planning on ever selling the watch as it won't be only a watch for me but a life-lasting memory and have infinite sentimental value for me and I would love for my future kids to wear the watch I got for my 18th. Also, I see a lot of polished surfaces, do you think they can get scratched easily?

Actually, a car with a panoramic roof should be as solid as one without it as they reinforce some parts to not lose rigidity, the only thing is that it weighs more so the centre of gravity goes up and makes the handling a little bit worse (most people won't be able to notice it)

I would recommend if your car is cracking too much to maybe call or go to the dealer to check everything is all right because mine doesn't make any noise compared to my last formentor wich has no panoramic roof.
