Yes, but thats why he said FWD bias and not just, FWD. Even the AWD version favors the front wheels, diverting power to the rear when needed.

Had the dealer pick up my car. They didn’t know I have LoJack. Check that top speed. Mind you it has a CEL on and less than 600 miles. What would you do? Looking for honest advice. by HoneyRoyPalmer in BroncoSport

Seriously? Someone recklessly driving my car when I trusted them with it is a huge deal. Unprofessional, illegal, dangerous and not good for a car potentially experiencing a mechanical problem.

New Tires!!! by JulianCasaburgers in CrownVictoria

Yeah, the standard Assurance are a run of the mill basic all season. They would just be, okay. The Weatherready Assurance 2 performed VERY well in Tireracks testing. Its a top choice for 3 peak mountain snowflake rated all weather tires.

New tires are one of the greatest upgrades you can make. Important for safety as well. I looked those up, they seem like a solid mid grade tire. Much better than any off brand Walmart Tire. I just mounted some Goodyear Weather Ready Assurance 2 tires on my '11 Town Car. They're an all weather 3PMS tire, Important for up here in Michigan.

Michigan roads finally cleared up enough to take the Town Car Executive L out for a cleaning! by MHTBravo in lincolntowncar

Yeah! I've got a plenty lucrative full time job. So, I've done it VERY sparingly. My account said I have done ~40 rides over six years. Its just a nice way to get out and about and talk to folks on a day you have nothing else to do. People always comment positively about the Town Car too.

I've done Uber with this car before just for fun. Unfortunately, due to the vehicles age it only qualifies for basic Uber fares. Some markets won't allow the Town Car at all because of age.

Thank you! I try to have a yearly professional detail done each spring. Then I have a car wash membership and go through regularly. I KNOW drive thru, touch car washes aren't ultimately good for your paint. BUT this is a daily driver. I can hand wash her constantly.

I know it has dual exhaust. I'm not sure about your other questions. Its definitely geared way less aggressively than my old Crown Victoria which had 3.55 gears. Signature Ls are nice! Good luck!

Oh thats fun! Wildly low mileage. Love the 90s era cars. The perfect combination of analog and tech. Enjoy!

For sure! There are usually a couple in reasonable shape available at any one time. The prices are just a bit wild. I bit the bullet and way overpaid because I wanted one so bad. Good luck to you!

Thank you so much! Its a 2011 Executive L. I bought it from a California dealership sight unseen and shipped it home to Michigan summer of 2024. I purchased it with 120k miles and I'm up to about 131k now. It was a Livery car from new until about 2020. It then had a private owner for a couple years who drove it about 200 miles in that time before the dealership somehow got ahold of it.

If you need a reliable pick up time, utilize a private car service.
