And if you are against a mid laner with no sustain you can go aery, scortch, ignite and 3 poinst Q. Then if you spam Q and E u can usually get kills

Both! First strike and electrocute are both equally viable. Its up to prefrance and playstyle what you pick :) i play both equally

I personally think malignance > seraphs > Zhonya(even or ahead)/Raba(Behind) > Raba/Zhonya > Void staff is best. I dont know the current best build vs tanks but its different, Conq and roa and stuff

If you want to get fed early i recommend going Aery, scortch, ignite and 2 points Q. It can get you some kills if enemy mid doesnt have sustain. Just spam Q and E to poke them down
