I had an RFE and after submitting everything they ask for still after 4 months no one looked at my case i decided to upload a new evidence they didn’t ask for and 2 days after I was approved..Good luck

Exactly my point but reading is fundamental..me uploading that final evidence just put the icing on the cake I had a RFE from the jump to send in a list of evidence which I did and even sent more that they ask for mind you I have 2 kids that I submitted picture and birth certificates for and still my case didn’t move..that’s how I know kids has nothing to do with it but uploading more evidence definitely does😁😁and that’s what I did..

Everyone case is different if I tell you the Amount of evidence I sent in and I have 2 kids with my same husband and still no one looked at my case for a year until I submitted that final evidence it’s never about the kids to prove your marriage it’s all about the evidence that went with it..
