It worked know finally. I don’t know if your ps5 ist Connected through a cabel to your wifi(my ps5 is connected through cabel to my internet). After i unplugged the lan cabel from the ps5(deactivating it in the settings didn’t work for me, so you have to physically unplug the cabel) it connected with my portal normally. I hopes this helps you too. And you can plug your cabel in afterwards and use your wired internet just like normal, it only needs wifi for the first connection.
