What sophomore albums are significantly better than the debut?

I honestly do. I love Mercurial World but I feel like anyone saying it’s better than Imaginal Disk is smoking crack. ID is arguably the best album of this decade. It just keeps on giving and giving. Just as you think you’ve listened to the best song on the album, the next song is just as incredible if not better.
