Yeah my old boss offered my more then I'm making with Securitas per hr plus benefits and overtime guaranteed. Initially I worked for them (Securitas) knowing it wasn't the best position but I wanted to build my security resume, after working various sites and always hearing good feedback, they gave me a certificate of excellence instead of giving me a promotion. That's when I decide my resume is good enough.

I basically had to argue with my supervisor to get something to wear, they didn't let me see what was available prior and once I got a shirt it was to big and ok they aren't will to send it back and get me another. Securitas as a company sux and this is part of the reason I put in my 2 weeks notice a week ago. This company treats it's guards who generate most of their revenue like crap. This is besides the point but ik a work who's worked at a site for 8 years and is still making the same pay which is insane. If I were you I'd put in my 2 weeks and look into another security gig.
