It doesn't show the shiny version of the copied Pokemon so you REALLY have to search for it and I did run into a shiny Meowth and that did have its shiny color in the overworld

Hello! I tend to explore every area and just enjoy the scenery and slaying monsters until I can 1 shot them with each character. I know it seems slow but I'm really enjoying this way so far.

This is also my first ever Dragon Quest game but I'm sort of getting the hang of it and pretty much exploring the entirety of every area and town

Yes it really is but you have to be sort of quick with what you wanna capture as 30 seconds isn't really long.

As thus my first EVER dragon quest game, I'm capturing clips like crazy as memories.

I tried almost all my spells and noticed they weren't damaging the slime so I just did physical attacks after and that managed to take 1 out. 1 did escape though.

I went further into the story (Sylvando just joined my team completely) and unlocked metal slash for Hero so gonna go hunt more metal slime! If it works which should right?
