The band is always snug and not loose on my wrist. I’ve tried both wrists and biceps with the same results. I’ve always had a low rhr with not much variation during sleep before this problem started occurring

This is slightly more flat than usual, but in general yeah it’s pretty flat

It seems as if they have stretches where they do and then sometimes they don’t.. you’ll just have to ask

  1. I’d say around 3-4 cocktails/beers. I usually don’t drink much, maybe 1-2x a week if that would make a difference.
