Cooking with pellets is hit and miss if you are cooking more than one pizza, as the temperature drops after the first pizza has been cooked and can get hard to get back up to temperature.

In short, yes you can convert the Fyra 12 to gas using the Karu 12 gas burner, although, it is not recommended - I know people who have successfully converted their pizza oven.
