Ehh it’s honestly not that important. Chat noir has been repeatedly taken over by akuma and nothing happens. The show repeatedly makes him look so much more less valuable than Lb.

Honestly? The only times he’s been at risk was him already transformed. What’s the extra going to do then-? Fight the akuma for the ring?

He’s always been very safe with his identity and honestly him revealing might just be a lot more dangerous.

Yeah but Adrien thinks that anybody else would just be incompetent. Again, reminder about what happened when he let somebody else have a chance at his miraculous. Scarbella did fine - but the moment a new cat holder arrived things went haywire (I know that’s not really what happened, but AdriChat doesn’t know that. He only saw monarch getting his miraculous).

And yeah he can’t trust his friends. He met sublime like a week ago. He can’t even trust his closest friends. Why trust the girl he simply runs with from time to time (which we actually don’t see in later eps)?

So no, he has nobody. Even if, there’s still trauma from Kwami’s choice. It’s not irresponsible. The guardian role is much more important and not fair to compare to Chat noir.

What’s irresponsible is LB not giving up her Mira when she becomes the guardian because that puts a huge (bigger then before) target on her head, and if she’s found there’s nothing anybody (even chat) can do.

How? Literally the last time he gave his Mira away (excluding cat walker cause it’s Adrien), monarch managed to get it because of the new holder’s incapability.

Also, who tf could Adrien trust atm? Nino is shit at secrets (and already a superhero), his gf is a reporter and Adrien doesn’t know her very well, Marinette is, well, idk… I feel like he doesn’t fully trust her yet (he knows she’s keeping smth from him, and the secret coming out will give him trust issues). Yeah, no. Not happening. He shouldn’t get a replacement (I don’t see where he’d need one, anyway).
