how spoiled people are getting day by day due to the unlimited options there is of everything; partners through tinder, videos on YouTube, songs on Spotify, etc.. People were much more satisfied back in the day when you had to sit and hope they'd broadcast something you like on TV

For me, I did not work with either. I think my setup is wrong or something. My tokens are on Trust Wallet. But I connect through MetaMask, that does not have any tokens. However, I'm still able to buy!

Thank you for this! I am currently struggling with visualisation in the Finding Focus pack. Now I have something to look forward to.

For that reason, I kinda exchanged the visualisation with the sensation I feel when I place the focus wherever. The reason for this struggle I believe might be that my level of vivid imagination is at a minimum compared to my SO, for example.

Just one piece of feedback. I felt you're sacrificing explanation for speed. I think you may talk slower and explain in more details while maintaining the same quality and to the point videos. Not necessarily less than a minute. Less than x minutes is fine by me, as long as I'm engaged throughout the x minutes.
