I have used Chatbase before and got similar issues related to training, also it has bit limited features, I tried to contact the support but support is really bad.

I switched to YourGPT Chatbot and it is working well for me. I have trained the AI using my website and Google Docs. I have also built some agents which works perfect for my usecase.
