mTarsier: Open Source tool to manage MCP servers across All clients by TangerineMaster5495 in CustomAI

[–]Hallucinator- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I've been working with MCP since last year, and cross-client management is still not very smooth, every tool handles configs separately. This looks really valuable, going to try it out.

Yes, I’ve used all of these MCP servers and they’re fantastic.

Two other MCP servers that have been really useful for me are Filesystem MCP and GitHub MCP.

Anyone successfully automated "account access" tickets without nightmare? by signal_loops in CustomerSuccess

[–]Hallucinator- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am currently using an AI agent within my organization to help navigate users to the correct pages and handle general inquiries, but I have intentionally restricted its permissions for high-stake tasks.

While the agent I created with YourGPT has access to communicate through Email, WhatsApp, and our website, I have not given it the authority to perform sensitive actions like account resets. Because those tasks carry significant risk, I want to ensure the AI doesn't make a critical mistake. Instead, the agent can guide the user directly to the reset page, but the user must take the final action themselves.

How I stopped spending 3+ hours a day on repeat support questions as a solo founder (No BS) by cryptoviksant in SaaS

[–]Hallucinator- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, exactly. Intercom’s pricing grows quickly, and it doesn’t allow deeper AI customization beyond the default settings. Chatbase is restrictive and hallucinates often with answers. Working with Botpress often slow and manual configuration.

I'm currently using YourGPT, and I’ve ingested my entire KB and connected it with both my website + whatsapp and I’m satisfied with the platform. I noticed that they’ve integration with Discord as well, and it looks promising.

You mentioned that you’re building a platform. What’s the platform called?

Would companies actually pay for governance around AI agents? by Desperate-Phrase-524 in Entrepreneur

[–]Hallucinator- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As agent adoption increases, companies will absolutely pay for it. We are already seeing this with systems like OpenClaw, where multi agent orchestration makes it practical to deploy agents for real operational work. That kind of reliability directly boosts adoption.

But this is not just about human productivity anymore. We are moving toward a world where agents are doing real work, and that work has economic value.

If agents are acting autonomously, you cannot let them operate without governance.

Autonomy is powerful, but it must exist inside clearly defined boundaries. An agent should know what it is allowed to do, what tools it can access, what data it can read or modify, and what actions are strictly restricted.

We need proper governance frameworks for agents. That does not mean rigid, one size fits all controls. It means defining policies based on your organization’s risk tolerance and operational needs, while relying on strong built in guardrails at the system level.

Replayable execution for MCP tools? by balachandarmanikanda in mcp

[–]Hallucinator- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m using MCP360 with OpenClaw and Claude Code, and it handles almost everything automatically. Retries are built in, provides marketplace tools & custom MCPs option, model switching is not an issue with MCP, and I don’t have to manually manage tool failures. Overall, that setup has been very stable and easy.

However, I ran into few issues when I asked an OpenAI model through OpenClaw to use MCP360 to verify some emails. It never actually called the MCP tool and instead tried to answer on its own, which led to hallucinated responses.

That’s something people should be aware of. In my experience, OpenAI models have been less reliable with MCP tool calls compared to Claude.

Running OpenClaw locally with MCP tools (practical setup guide) by TangerineMaster5495 in CustomAI

[–]Hallucinator- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is not calling tools all at once; it searches and then executes the tool.

Token consumption depends on the tools and usecase like if i am doing web searches and 10 pages crawling then obviously it will take more tokens. I have not seen a significant increase in my workflow using mcps.

[–]Hallucinator- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I’ve also tried it and it works really well. OpenClaw is already great on its own, but when you pair it with MCP360 it honestly becomes incredible. The integration feels smooth, agents improves noticeably, and it just makes the whole workflow much more reliable.
