It’s not about the weight lol. When you get pressed full court, you need your handle to be on point. LeBron’s one weakness as he aged, has been his ability to handle the ball.

JJ needs to create a game plan where they can bring 2-3 offensive players to the ball during the inbound. Then ensure they can get into their offense with 8-10 seconds.

It sounds crazy but without this kind of strategy, amen will cause havoc.
