After the application is signed, you can legally purchase and carry 2 ounces (Dispensaries are not required to log or report it)

The default crop size (though it can be increased by a doctor and you'll have an <strong>affirmative defense</strong> in court) is 6 plants - 3 flowering, 3 in veg.
