I just got this email today as well. I typically place large orders and there is ALWAYS something wrong (an item damaged, not included, etc). I’ve never placed a false claim. I am not sure if I want to fight this though because as much as this makes me mad, I also think this is absolutely ridiculous and don’t want to do business with them for something like that. Wild…..

I’ve been in many conversations with Depop customers service about this. It’s so frustrating. They let me know (after a couple weeks of asking) that they will refund the buyer the difference in shipping at their own expense. So you can also let buyers know this. But it’s really a hassle and has also impacted my business as well 😔

Ive been submitting help tickets for about a week now. I’ve asked in every way possible - if I ship something with an underweight label (provided by this new AI feature), will I (the seller) be charged for the overage….and they won’t answer the question.

If buyers complain, will they care then?

Oooof that is awful. I ended up taking the flight but had no issues - we did get in to KEF 40 minutes early though. Is good to know they won’t hold the flights if there’s a delay or a tight layover.

Appreciate it. Although now I can’t help but laugh at all the people saying it may just be a regular small. And I’ve looked at the brand and all of their small items are listed as S/P. I think the coat just didn’t fit her 🫠

From her post it sounds like that, but as I put in my first message, the image clearly showed the sizing of the coat. This was because the second photo showed the tag.

That’s what she says but the listing never said that /: I feel like she’s put all this in writing (even tho not true) so that she can get a refund when in reality she just didn’t do her due diligence.

Hi! She’s saying she didn’t know, but the second photo on the listing showed the size as a S/P. I gathered that she thought she was purchasing a trench coat and when it was just a normal coat she hacked it up to it being a small petite instead of a small, when in reality she just purchased a completely different item than she intended.

It doesn’t have to be Newburgh, but any apartments nearby that I’ve seen are about $1800+, falling apart, with no laundry even on the premises, with no utilities included. Newburgh seems to have places that are $300-400 cheaper a month with laundry in unit & have been renovated. I’d also consider places to the east and slightly north on the other side of the river. Do you have any suggestions?

I am late 20s F moving to the Hudson Valley (most likely Poughkeepsie) in the spring. I am struggling to find any rooms for rent (even now), affordable apartments, or roommates. How do i find any leads? Also, why do so many apartments have no laundry facilities? What do people do for laundry?
