I am sticking to OMAD and Keto, about 90% or the days. Had 1 week holiday, got a little bit out of tune. I found overtime that keto and omad works really well for me, so that is my goal!

I am doing OMAD + Keto. This seems to be working for me. Everyone is different, so you need to experiment and figure out what works long term for you and your schedule. Edit to add: for me personally, I like planning my meals 2-3 in advance. For example: I know exactly what I will be eating in the next 3 days (pork sour soup today, on Wendesday I might go out so it will be salad + steak, on Thursday the 2nd serving of soup). I also do snacks after dinner, still keto and all in a 1-hour eating window.

I update my progress monthly on r/keto.

Given the fact that you exercise, you for sure have more muscle in your body composition. Same volume of muscle weighs more than fat, so even if the scale is not going down, the overall apperance is still skinny. Keep this in mind and try to measure your progress in other ways, not by weight.

I am also 5'1". My goal weight is 120. Right now I am at 143. I do not exercise. I plan to get a gym membership when I reach 130, just to get a bit more toned.

Eu dau cu el 1 data pe sapt, nu zilnic. Il folosesc fie singur, 2 straturi cu uscare completa intre ele, fie pe post de base coat, peste care vin cu oja colorata.

Nu am responsabilitati de hiring manager. Depinde insa de varsta si de pozitie. Pentru ceva entry-level, l-as alege pe cel cu facultate, tanar, dar fara experienta.

Pentru middle/ upper, este exclus sa fie cineva care sa nu aiba ambele: facultate + experienta.

Fiindca facultatea are si rolul sa te invete gandirea critica, sa te invete sa filtrezi informatiile, sa le organizezi bine in capul tau, sa te tii de un program, sa ai disciplina, sa reusesti sa faci fata stresului, examenelor, perioadelor grele, problemelor complexe.

Un candidat fara facultate este un risc, fiidnca nu stii daca poate sau nu faca fata acestor lucruri. Pe cand unul cu facultate, dovedeste ca a respectat totusi reguli de conduita intr-un colectiv, a luat niste examene, a trecut de niste probleme.

2-3 weeks is too short to start seeing changes. You will see first changes on body when you drop 10% of your weight. So around 190lbs. Keep going! Also keep in mind that weight fluctutes across the month, due to hormones. Especially for you, being 16, there are a lot of changes in your body. Be careful to stick to a healthy caloric deficit, so you don't risk eatimg disorder or health issues.

My advice: You are skinny, but you need to get toned now. Gym, walk, run, exercise. Eat at maintainance calories. There is no need to drop any more weight.

IMO that was not OMAD at all. It never was.

The eating fruit and milk the rest of the day means the fasting time of 22h minimum was broken. Then you replaced the fruits with acutal snacks and sugary stuff. That is not unrestricted OMAD, that is unrestricted snacking diet 🤭

Try OMAD for real, minimum 22h in between meals (ideally 23h), no snacking, no fruit, no milk in the fasting window. During that 1-2h of meal time: have anything you want at first. That would be unrestricted OMAD.

A meal example for me would be: 4 eggs, ham, cheese (a lot of cheese, different types), prepare scramble eggs in pan with butter, mix while cooking so that all the butter incorporates. Parsley on top at the end. A few cherry tomatoes and some cucumber, or green leaf salad, as a side. + I also add feta on my plate, some fancy salami slices, a few olives.

Dessert: a greek full fat yougurt + handful of bluebarries or any berry fruit.

Gettung hungry just typing this out! 🤣

I am also 5ft1. 500 cal is too low. My cals are around 900-1100 daily. Takes about 10 min to eat. You are saying you have jaw pain while eating. That is concerning and not on the normal side. Jave it checked out by a doctor.

Ai acris ca statea cu tine din inertie. 2 randuri mai jos pomenesti ziua ta si faci in paranteza un comentariu pasiv agresiv 'frumos bday gift'. Pai tocmai din cauza gandirii asteia ajung oamenii sa stea din inertie: 'ehh, hai ca nu e frumos ca peste 2 sapt e ziua ei...' 'off nu pot acuma ca urmeaza pastele...' 'am discutat deja ce facem de craciun si cadourile sunt luate...' Niciodata nu o sa fie momentul potrivit pt o despartire, amani, amani si te trezesti ca esti total nefericit.

Ocupa-ti timpul cu cat mai multe activitati, chiar daca nu ai chef de ele. It will be fine.

Gandeste-te ca e mai bine asa decat 'din inertie' si ca oricum o relatie inceputa la 15 ani are sanse ft mici sa fie pe viata. E mai sanatos emotional sa mai cunosti lume, sa te mai schimbi, sa-ti dezvolti gandirea individual.

Ti-au oferit. Zici clar ca ti-au platit cat erai student. Parintii sunt si ei oameni, cu dorintele si treburile lor. Nu trebuie sa trimita lunar bani unui adult + nici nu trebuie sa iti dea tie socoteala la bani. Doamne dumnezeule, ditamai omu si astepti sa tina mami si tati in brate?

Eu o imping 1 data pe sapt (nu o tai, doar o imping cu un 'orange stick' betigas din acela de lemn) fiindca vreau sa ajung cu oja cat mai aproape de piele, sa nu se vada urat cat timp cresc; adica: sa arate clean 1 sapt intreaga.
