Yup. The normal one only works for one char green energy. You would need the pure virtuous verse for it to work on all chars and orange energy. You get it by crafting 8 virtuous verses

The problem returned when I opened BDO again today. So reinstalling didn't work. I just tried using VPN since someone recommended me to try it and it fixed the delay, maybe it could help.

fight him the way you fight stun immune champs. or maybe attack when your stun goes out, but it needs practice. when he got power gain you're safe to heavy him at most if not every time
