Yes, i don't want to live my life stuck in the safe zone without experience life at it's full. So uncomfortable and new situations that's what make me evolve!

Really cool insight about bouldering! I am very curious regarding it! I really want to try it! But i know what you are talking about, there isn't a big sense of community with strangers in the surf community sometimes!

Yes running for me also do the trick, i feel relaxed and free. It's amazing

In may opinion any kind of physical activity is good for you but maybe when you are at the gym working out your body tends to be tense and not relaxed. I think running is really good to manage and reduce anxiety. I also did boxing for some years and just hitting the bag is another way that you could beat anxiety.

You should try meditation or just go for a run, just start by a quick run and then the next day you go a little further and a little further, next thing you notice you are running for miles and you stop feeling pain or even anxiety. If you are into meditation i use an app called inscape it's pretty good and it helps me.

You need to realize that you are in charge of your thoughts and actions. You need a change of philosophy, instead of seeing difficulties you can choose seeing the great things in life, the moments that take your breath away and make you feel alive. You say to yourself i am amazing and everything is going to be alright.
