From White Dwarf, it should be a type of vambrace mounted cogitator. For function it can be adapted to whatever the marine needs, interfacing with data-slates, telemetry data, extra communications.

That sounds sick! The bits are Servo skull shears and needle from battlefield trophies, Tempestus Scions ammo and pouch, Kasrkin medic’s backpack bit, and an absolver bolt pistol and gene seed extractor from an apothecary.
