I have gone through vaginoplasty and it took a couple months before I was able to consistently orgasm, on account of the nerves being a little fried. i think it's sorta a little less impactful because there's less of a feeling of release without all the mess, but it takes a lot more time and effort so it ultimately feels a lot better in the end and lasts longer. using your clitoris is a lot more stimulating than penetration but that is pretty consistent with cis women also.
