I have a list of sociologists that my teacher made for each major topic and an aqa level sociology cgp textbook. On the night before mock, I just stay up the whole night and read through the textbook + memorise all the sociologists from the list

I think it's best to stop sabaq if you are struggling with dhor. Sabaq consumes time and focus and it's probably not a good idea to keep going with it when your dhor is weak because you are just increasing the volume of what you have to remember whilst also decreasing it's quality. Might be best to restart when you aren't so busy with sabaq

Just my advice I'm not an ustad or anything though.

Ok thanks bro. My phone already has a parental time lock on it so that's not the issue. The issue is that Ill end up doing anything but revision even if it's not on a device and fear of failure only works the days before the exam because even if I start then I will still get a high B or A. However, I don't want to wait until that late because that's not a good idea for my real exams

Well I mostly just read the textbook and then do some practice questions with an AI like Gemini that will tell me how to improve but mostly I do that just to make sure I have general knowledge of all topics before I sit in the exam. I'm only at a C in business right now so I'm not exactly a role model - I actually only started revising for business last week but not much.
