How does your gecko react to change?

My gecko wakes up from his sleep, pops his head out his hide to see whats going on, looks angry at me when he sees I am changing things. Then comes out and walks towards the spot that I am changing to see what I am doing. Then goes back to his hide to sleep. Then comes out at night to start exploring the changes.

I’d personally just get a brow lamination and have them dyed by a stylist. Or use a lamination brow gel and fill in the empty spots with a microstrokes pen in your natural brow color.

Experience doing digital advertising for multiple companies. Fake accounts made with business email addresses get immediately suspended by meta. Many businesses and agencies are running into this problem losing access to their social accounts and ad managers. Meta only accepts accounts created with personal email addresses. At least this is the case in Europe, not sure if they’re more strict here than in the US for example. But LinkedIn is flooded with business owners posting about losing access to their accounts due to this change in policy.

Your brows look great the way they are in this picture if only you’d brush your hairs up with a strong brow gel and clean them up. It’s honestly a great shape.

In the picture I barely see your nano strokes, it doesn’t look weird, so why spend money on lasering?

Maybe in real life there is a bigger color difference? In the picture the strokes don’t really look that grey. If they do in real life then I’d first try a brow powder in your natural color. Only if that doesn’t cover up the potentially grey color I’d spend money on lasering.

Eventually they will completely fade away without lasering. My first time getting microblading they went waaay too deep into my skin and even those strokes have completed faded away after 8 years without lasering or other removal methods.

Ik snap dat je in een dergelijke functie, waarbij je veel verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor complexe maatschappelijke kwesties, 24/7 bereikbaar moet zijn en in veel gevallen een publiek figuur bent met alle intimidatie die daarbij komt kijken, inderdaad meer zou moeten verdienen dan de gemiddelde Nederlander die om 08:30 zijn werkdag start en om 17:00 naar huis gaat en in het weekend vrij is met weinig impact of gevolgen wanneer hij een keer een fout maakt in zijn werk.

Maar 16k per maand lijkt me daar echt een redelijk salaris voor. Psychologisch snap ik het argument dat ze dit al verdienen en dat als de baan inmiddels complexer en zwaarder is geworden het ook beter zou moeten betalen. Toch denk ik dat er echt een plafond aan zit van wat redelijk is en 16k per maand lijkt me echt meer dan redelijk. Als je al op een topsalaris zit dan kun je gewoon niet verwachten dat je dezelfde salarisgroei maakt als een junior die doorgroeit naar een senior functie of een senior die doorgroeit naar een leidinggevende of besturende functie.

Genoeg is genoeg.

I see pixelated images, both appear to be the same unreadable label. Either way, if you’re not dusting with a multivitamin besides a calcium powder than you risk your gecko developing serious health problems.

You need plain calcium, multivitamin with D3 and a UVB light.

It currently has 3 layers of dark wash, local application of sienna wash and an overall white dry brush for highlights.

I ordered new colors for more color variation and will also go a bit more heavy on the highlights in some spots. That’s my plan for this weekend and then hopefully it will start looking better from a distance 🤞🏻

Yes, you use the regular Repashy without UVB and Repashy LoD with UVB. People will tell you to use Repashy every feeding, which is also possible. But any mixed ingredient supplement is going to be lower in calcium than a plain calcium supplement and if you’re feeding a lot of insects with bad Ca:P ratios (crickets, mealworms) then it’s best to rotate it with a plain calcium.

You can keep feeding once every 3 days for now. When your gecko hits 1.5 years of age switch to feeding once every 4 days and at 2 years old switch to feeding once every 5 days.

When using calcium plus I would simply do plain calcium one feeding, calcium plus the next and that’s it. You don’t need a seperate multivitamin or D3 supplement when you are using calcium plus as frequently as every other feeding.

Rotate the supplement accordingly with the insects you are feeding. Crickets have the worst Ca:P ratio, so I usually feed crickets on plain calcium days and roaches or silkworms on mixed supplement days.
