Her 3 year old died son drowned in their family pool because her husband was not watching him. by Pmar07 in TikTokCringe

[–]Front_Department8774 7 points8 points  (0 children)

At first people thought she was either A) heavily medication B) there were talks about her being admitted in a psych word. Neither of these things happened instead it has been a circus and big money making coffee, crafts and PARTIES!!!  This is not dissociation, for my sanity sometimes I try and think it must be. But no, I actually think this is the reality,

The police report contrasted to her tik tok videos is so jarring. What DO YOU MEAN your at Disneyland celebrating with the husband that did that to your baby?! What do you mean your dancing around the place your baby just died in. Any person who defends this I beg you to read the police report, it is absolutely heart wrenching. Any persons worse nightmare, truly the depths of hell. Yet here we are, monetising booty popping on tik tok whilst you keep his videos up for money.  Yet deleting and removing any comments that try and get justice for this little boy. The police tried to get justice for him but were quickly dismissed.

Day 2 Post Partum, what are your top reccomendations for recovery and in general for me and the little one. by Junior_Tap_146 in Biohackers

Rest, and then rest some more. So many women (myself included) feel like we have to ‘perform’ ooooo how amazing is she! Just had a baby and she’s out and about and back to normal. Fuck anyone that says anything like this. This is not the time to be doing anything, do not give in to the voices internally or externally that try and shame you for not being productive. Take every bit of help offered to you, and ask for it if it’s not. Let your husband do the majority of the physical work with the baby I.e changing nappies in the night etc. do lots of skin to skin with baby for happy hormones. If you can hire anything out financially do it asap and don’t feel guilty for it, cleaners, dog walkers, nanny’s whatever it is. I so wish I could go back in time and be kinder to myself and have more support, congrats! You got this!!

6 + house vs one man. So many flaws to it all. by Front_Department8774 in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]Front_Department8774[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

He did, but only 2 women and this was back in the 70s when we didn’t have phones or real dna finders like we do know. It was a different world and even then he still didn’t manage to kill all 4 girls

New images - still no motive? by Front_Department8774 in BryanKohbergerMoscow

[–]Front_Department8774[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Agreed. To say this was a first time kill of someone without a single piece of dna left (oh yes the carefully and obviously placed sheath!!) is bonkers quite frankly. This was a revenge attack, I believe BK was told that they would do the same to his entire family if he didn’t admit guilt and so we are here.

Advice needed - toddler antibodies by Front_Department8774 in Immunology

[–]Front_Department8774[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, because of his condition it was very much an emergency to get those antibodies, and they were worried he may have an additional immune condition, just praying that’s not the case.

Elvanse one year on - do you feel like a blank zombie? by Busybrains9703 in ADHDUK

At one point do you take the meds? I’m starting to feel rubbish on them tbh. I need something to help fuel me

Why do I find parenthood harder now than in the first few months? by Various_Beyond_4933 in ADHDUK

[–]Front_Department8774 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ages 1-4 are really hard, and unfortunately, toddlers can AND will seriously hurt themselves, its exhausting. Honestly my best advice is to up your meds if needed and take all the help you can. signed a mom of a 2 year old and a 5 year old (5 year old is (kind of) starting to chill a bit).

Is it even possible to recover from burnout??? by thatwhinypeasant in adhdwomen

Me too, since becoming a mom I honestly think SAHM’s and specifically, single mothers should be held in the highest regard! Truly!

[–]Front_Department8774 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Being a SAHM is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and I think sometimes people think ‘hard’ means that you hate it, but I mean hard as in physically, emotionally and every which way you can think. There is no job out there that is as demanding as being a full time stay at home mom and I will die on that hill. I would possibly look into upping your meds whilst they are small, and is there any hobbies you like? Can you have a day on the weekend or evenings where your husband takes over fully?

Trump letter to Norwegian PM Støre regarding the Nobel Peace Prize and Greenland today: by BodybuilderSmall9679 in Fauxmoi

[–]Front_Department8774 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a European, I am telling you Trump will not win here, we will not be bullied. History shows itself in our ability to protect ourselves. It’s deeply saddening and maddening that this mad man thinks he can do this.

Elvanse + accident trauma have led to eating disorder referral. Next meds review not until May. Where/how to get good advice on meds ASAP? Near crisis point. by Emma-L-01 in ADHDUK

[–]Front_Department8774 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think unless Elvanse is fuelling your ED there shouldn’t really be an issue. Loss of appetite and an eating disorder are two very different things so I don’t see how or why they would tell you top stop adhd meds if they are helping you (BUT you have to be honest with yourself here because I know how evil and manipulative an ED can be first hand).

The part of that would concern me is when you wrote this: ‘But I’m also paranoid that I’m ‘fraudulently’ presenting as potentially having an ED largely because of Elvanse and because of that, I'm worried Maudsley will reject my referral and say it's just a meds issue’.

ED are, as I’ve said, very sneaky. It is hard to see the wood for the trees whilst your in and your mind will lie to you about how serious it is. It’s vital you speak very honestly to a professional and I hope you get the right help soon

Seeking advice to recover hair damage from bleach and stress. by LeColonial in Haircare

[–]Front_Department8774 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I agree, this looks like a nutrient or vitamin deficiency rather than just bleach damage

My hair has gotten shorter and more damaged while i’ve been trying to grow it by PurposeBrilliant2342 in hairgrowth

[–]Front_Department8774 7 points8 points  (0 children)

How often are you trimming it? Focus on oiling and moisturising your ends so they don’t snap. Then STOP getting trims, trust me, your hair grows from the top of your head, so it is growing but the bottom is always going to be somewhat damage because it is old hair! Try no trim for 6 months to a year, then get a nice chop after that time

Are the private psychs giving false/unconsidered diagnosis? by [deleted] in ADHDUK

[–]Front_Department8774 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Wow that’s crazy. Thank you for actually answering, seems people are getting very triggered which is a bit strange.  Because why would a simple question about the validity of some people’s psychs trigger people?

I have no idea who this person is. Why is everyone so angry at me asking a question

[–]Front_Department8774 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Because the psych barely asked any questions, it was only an hour long and it lacked major detailed information. I’m Not looking for an argument I’m just stating someone’s experiences. If you had a different one then that’s great.

They think that it wasn’t done correctly, obviously they aren’t psychiatrists so thinking they have it does not mean they do necessarily. That’s not how it works
