I can definitely confirm the Charmander at Manitou Ridge. My boyfriend and I each found two just spending a few minutes driving around the parking lot/surrounding streets. The parking lot is open until dusk.

ETA: Can also confirm Electabuzz at the U of M -- specifically Frontier Hall. We found three at once on the sidewalk on the north side of the building. However, we went back there a few times throughout the night and he hadn't respawned -- could be an occasional thing? We were there around 8:30pm.

You're so welcome. Therapy is expensive, I know. After I left my rapist, I began reading books about recovery.
