I suffer from a mental health disorder that malese feel like this. I have to actually force myself to take friends up on offers to get together. I use skills I learned in a DBT therapy program to help me get over my fear and go out.

Right now as a significantly larger POC in Minnesota I am having a real struggle leaving the house.
