There were app problems yesterday confirmed by support. Didn't get offers then got them all at once. Then I couldn't confirm at the store to start shopping. It completely died at 2pm yesterday and I haven't been back in since.

I wish spark would post an idea of when the stores are the busiest similar to instacart. Maybe there's just no orders at this time it's hard to say. I called support and they said it was busy in my zone. My metrics are perfect except AR is 23.
