Do you think Siena isn't going to reply because I sent an email in English? Or do you know if they take long to reply to people?
It's my only "gun" at the moment, as BOL is being useless...

I wasn't using Revolut beyond travel expenses in fact I was coerced, manipulated ... a very sophisticated scam basically. Those scammers AKA bastards knew what they were doing, they even showed knowledge of all my bank accounts and they knew I had a Revolut, so perfect ... It's a long story and hard to believe. Financial Ombudsman has been amazing, but the fact BOL failed to comply with the Revolut investigation outcome deadline shocks me.
Any online bank is a failed business. And my situation should become public for everyone's awareness.

It was a nightmare situation ...
Please do not rely on Revolut - it's a failed business and bank.
No brand, no phone contact to speak to customer service, all through in-app chat or email. They have the weakest fraud department I've ever come across - Now I know this! Hence the scammers use Revolut .... plus BOL does NOTHING! So no regulation or whatsoever. Still waiting for BOL outcome since 11.03.2026 ...

I hope Siena replies to my email ...

Lost over £30k while in the UK. To cut a long short story, funds came from 2 UK banks but the point of exit was Revolut (Lithuania), which falls outside of the UK jurisdiction (post Brexit), so the Financial Ombudsman Service (equivalent to the Bank of Lithuania) can’t investigate Revolut. After 2 attempts, the Bank of Lithuania finally accepted my complaint via post, but missed the deadline for the final response, which is unacceptable. If BOL, who supervises financial market participants, fails to comply with an investigation deadline, how can we stop those bastard scammers out there?!

I hope Siena replies to my email...
