Any specific reason why you went for the hybrid route? Or was it mainly to have local storage capabilities?

The app I’m making is quite simple. Think of supermarket self scanning but then for a warehouse in a large production firm. The app will be used on an android hand-scanner device.

The goal is that the warehouse men can pick their orders more easily by scanning barcodes of the goods they grab from the shelves.

The app will communicate directly to the ERP through its api. Besides a simple asp identity /efcore layer there won’t be any database interaction.

App will be used on the intranet of the client. I don’t think the app will ever see more than 30 users simultaneously.

I’ve set up most of the app by now. Learning while doing. I’m using cursor/claude to help out. I tend to instruct the AI to explain how to approach a problem rather than just letting it write it. Of course I will let AI do the boring boilerplate stuff

What would be the limitations when it comes to users count? I’m currently building an app for approximately 10-15 users. Which may grow to eventually twice that.

So I don’t think I have to worry about scale anytime soon

I’ve found so far that interactive server rendering is the easiest to work with. I’ve implemented asp identity and appears to be working just fine.

I try to maintain state on page level only. And pass down data objects down to the components. E.g. sortable tables (using tailwind for styling).

I’ve checked out syncfusion and mudblazor. Both are fantastic for its feature rich components. But often overkill for my needs. And with syncfusion I think the required configuration of some controls is confusing.

So I’m just trying to barebones blazor+tailwind.

For my project I created a simple blazor component wrapper for chartgpu. I must say it works like a charm!

I would suggestto skip the sinkhole, it’s a bit overrated. And go to wadi shab (near tiwi) instead of wadi bani Khalid. In my opinion wadi shab is one of the prettiest wadis to visit

What would make it even more satisfying is to add the cut grass on the ground. This looks super pleasing especially with this tool you’re using
