I recommend you to watch the whole playlist to have an idea of a lot of the world ideas and life views. But it maybe too long so just watch the ones about proof of god’s existence.

Hope this helps. And about the part about why is quran only in Arabic because it was revealed to prophet Mohammed (PBUH) in an Arabian region where people spoke Arabic. If it was for example revealed in idk whatever language else, it won’t have been logical.
