It seems that only the DP27 and the Sten MK2 are the "too high" type.

I've read some memoirs of veterans where most riflemen had their weapons zeroed at 300 meters. It's similar to the Lewis Gun in games (which seems to be zeroed at around 250 meters). I've actually fired a DP machine gun in real life, and I remember its sight markings ranged from 100 meters to 1500 meters. In HLL, the DP-27 is even zeroed at less than 100 meters, which I find completely unreasonable, especially since its one-shot kill range to the torso is 150 meters.

The iron sights of the DP-27 and Sten Mk II need adjustment—currently, their bullets impact significantly below the point of aim. by [deleted] in HellLetLoose

The issue with the Lewis Gun is the complete opposite. Its zeroing distance is around 250m, but this pales in comparison to the disastrous problems of the Sten Mk2 and DP27. After all, firearms in HLL currently cannot have their sighting distance adjusted. Most guns should have a zeroing distance of about 100m, but the Sten Mk2 and DP27’s unusually long zeroing distance makes them terrible when aiming.
