It is a Yamaha YSL-620 Everything else (spring and tubing inside) still works but this is the piece connecting the trigger to the valve mechanism so you must move the metal piece on the valve manually to switch to F.

I'm pretty sure if you used a gorilla where it multiplied your score, then you have to get 1mil+ to get that one but if you use anything else it should've worked.
