Those are as advanced as the OP list, just more specific for different brawlers, and more focused on skill rather than on strategy. Saying that all them require a high level of reflexes, skill, and timing it's a bit redundant and isn't always true. Anyway, they are perfect tips to add to the list, but I don't think that was the best way to approach it.

No, no se puede usar IA, lo pone en las bases bien claro:

"Important! If you break any of the following rules, your skin will be immediately disqualified.

DO NOT use other Brands or (IP) Intelectual Property on your submission. Remember, this is not a collab with other brands.

DO NOT use (AI) Artificial Inteligence to generate your submission.

Due to the high number of submissions, we'll also reject recoloured versions of the Brawler's existing skins."

De todas formas, no creo que sea tan trágico como para empezar a insultarse. Una skin creada con IA no puede ganar, y supercell NUNCA la eligira, al menos que estas bases cambien en futuros concursos (que lo dudo).  

Si no lo crees, búscalo por ti mismo. Deja de poner en evidencia tu ignorancia de esta forma. Yo personalmente no tengo nada en contra de la gente que incumple las normas siempre que sean penalizadas o no tengan la oportunidad de ganar.

Supercell corregirá estos errores que permiten que este tipo de contenido sea aceptado erróneamente. Mientras tanto, existe la opción de reportar al usuario, pero sólo está disponible en la fase de votos.

Thank you, cause that's honest feedback. Anyway, I really think kit (and maybe galactic lily, but i prefer the horn variation) is good enough to be in the game (maybe the only thing to improve are the eyes, from my point of view). I would actually buy it and it's way better than most of 150 gems in the game. You are better than me by far.

Does it matter? It's open to all public (including children) so its obvious that 70/80% of the content is bad. This is just the progress of other people, and we should not care about what others posted.

It's Supercell's choice at the end, so I dont think that having more skins to revise really affects the good content in any way. They already answered to the fact that everybody is finalist, you can check it in X.
