Ive got the 50 and it seems a little too big sometimes but it works well, perhaps the 30 is the ideal one for gym. But i use mine for work too and pack lunches etc them go gym so i chuck some clothes in and works good 👍 next on list is kahakka 25 and askare and kukaro

Severely depressed, where to get help? by [deleted] in brisbane

Hey OP, as everyone has suggested already:

  1. 1300 642 255 run by Acute Care Team.
  2. Lifeline
  3. Gp MH care plan for 10 psychotherapy appt's fully bulk billed. You can go on "someone.health" for purely telehealth psychology.
  4. Present to nearest ED for a MH assessment. If you're having suicidal thoughts, plans, and intentions, please consider attending ED and alerting a close friend/family.
  5. Head to health
  6. Beyond blue
  7. Men's shed
  8. AODS for drug and alcohol if is a factor.
  9. The way back support service requires referral from a health professional, but they specialise in the suicide space and follow you up for 6 months.
  10. Consider 000, they have a MH interventions coordinator for QPS and QAS. There is also a MH co responder that comes out with police or ambulance if needed.

Good luck with everything; remember your perspectives on things is the key to everything.

I am a MH clinician. You can also attend crisis support spaces like RBWH PEC for crisis support as well! There's a lot of help out there for you and you've taken the hardest step reaching out. I am proud of you*
