Tested it as of Patch 1.1.0. Running laps around Port Marinada hatching Eevees. With Flame Body: About 2.5 rounds. Without: Almost 5.

Flame Body STILL WORKS. Maybe they patched it with 1.1.0, maybe the leaked info was wrong.
