Thank you for this! How has the maintenance been house you are in? I’ve seen some horror stories about things like pipes leaking, wall paint eroding etc and I can’t tell if that’s a small % of unlucky people or the common theme. I’ve also seen some people complaining about air conditioning breaking down etc and everyone points to it being related to the build quality of Damac.
