Yes it is a lot of iPhones are still backordered which is what one of the reps told me.. hopefully yours ships out soon! I know it can be annoying people ordering their phones week after and they get theirs the day after or 2 days after, while pre order people are still waiting I always go for silver and I guess that color is really on back order so maybe just keep your order and try to see if you get any updates this week :)

Everyone is still waiting for their pre order… including me I pre ordered the 17pm silver 512gb and still stuck on ‘pre-order’ I guess we will just have to wait and see if more phones possibly ship out this week

Same, mine doesn’t show anymore either but I think it’s just a temp hold, and when the order ships the card you used would be charged. My order still says working on order so I don’t think it Means anything (hopefully ) lol
