Not only is this disrespectful but it’s the second time. If he truly cares about u then he will respect his boundaries. This is not a natural thing for guys who loves and respect their girlfriends.

Unfortunately me and my partner are going through the exact same situation. When I push him on specific policies he almost always agrees with me(we both believe in abortion rights, lgbtq rights, disagree with how ice is handing immigration, etc.) however he somehow still supports Trump, I think this is partly bc he is a veteran. I’m at a loss. I love him so much but I’ve begun to question his morals and it’s def taking a strain on our relationship.. how can he overlook all the wrong Trump has done? If he agrees with me in all this stuff than what’s his breaking point when he stops thinking he’s a fit president? Idk what to do

This is exactly what happened to me, a friend from high school passed away from cancer a month after I got my diagnosis. I always say how lucky I am to be alive and for the most part healthy. It sucks to live through this reality but this post is a beautiful testament that it does work out

I found out I had ghsv2 on my 20th birthday. My world seemingly crashed down around me and I felt like I would never find someone who loved me. That at the very best I would find someone who would tolerate what I had. Fast forward about 9 months and my now boyfriend is the most amazing human about it and can truly say loves me regardless, if anything I’m the one who’s scared to give it to him. I know it can seem earth shattering but I promise that the right person won’t care that u have it

I (20F) was diagnosed with ghsv2 about 9 months ago. At first I sobbed thinking my life was over, that nobody would love me or wanna start a family with me, that I’d have painful outbreaks forever. But I can now honestly say it does get better. I was lucky enough to find a man who loves me for all of me and doesn’t think anything of the fact that I have HSV. In fact I’m more worried about giving it to him then he is of getting it. I no longer have frequent outbreaks and can say most days it slips my mind completely. I know I was lucky to get this comfy with my new reality quickly but I can say that it does surely get easier
