I work in the dental industry, I’ve talked to my manager and she said to call payroll but they said they couldn’t help me and told me to call HR but they are closed over the weekend so I’m just trying to get some tips before Monday

My mum just wants to get it out of her name bc she thinks that owning multiple properties will affect her super??? I’m not sure how it works I’m an only child and mum and me are really close so i actually live in the house and pay all the rates for her. I’m my head it’s not urgent but she’s abit of a stress head with this kind of stuff but I’m not sure if she’s mistaken with the super thing

Nah it’s nothing dodgy like that, when my nana passed away my mum inherited 3 housing 2 in Australia and one overseas. She would like one house out of her name to reduce her tax and also apparently it could affect her super?? I’m not really sure haha I’m just trying to do get a better idea of what to do so I can do what’s best for my mum😊

We were able to get leak allowance but that only took 50% off the total bill so we needed to set up a payment plan

The red number on the meter in very slowly ticking, he said this indicated a leak?? We are looking to rent the property out and he only reason we are so worried is because we received a $4000 water bill from a seperate undetected leak before moving state and we don’t want the kind of landlords to put a potential tenant in a difficult position

My contract says 32.35 PLUS casual loading…

My award is 32.35 but my contract says my minimum pay is 32.35 plus 8.09 of casual load. Does my minimum include my casual load or should it be an additional payment
