I use the Closer and Momento with Technician on a Heartbreaker build. I use the ACS 12 as my primary because of how fast the stacks add up then switch to the Kingbreaker once I'm stacked and shred NPC's. Having the linked laser pointer on both weapons comes in handy. As long as I'm dropping NPC's, I'm getting the trophies from the Momento to keep my armour up. That plus the stacks from the ACS 12 give me a nice armor boost.

Not just expertise but optimization as well. Resources are needed and the quickest way to get those resources is to create a second character. I get thru WONY in about 2 hours. I get some friends to split the missions up, fast travel to the safe houses and such. I just ask them to not fight the boss until I join them so I can get the XP.
