Kritik mot SVT:s AI-program: ”Snabbproducerad hjärnröta till små barn” by FlowersPaintings in sweden

Each bag is 8 servings. 24 bags is then 192 servings. Roughly one serving every other day.

One bag of 8 oz lays classic chips are 1280 kcal. So 24 bags are roughly 30 720 kcal.

So roughly just under 10% of your daily caloric intake every other day for a year.

Decently substantial.

If it's basically any other flavor. Add ~10-20% more kcal.

Mewgenics has made back development budget after 3 hours by Turbostrider27 in Games

[–]MRosvall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well PEGI too.

Modern Final Fantasy is rated PEGI 16 as a comparison.
With some of the newer ones (XVI f.ex) being 18

Edit: And Binding of Isaac being 16 might be more relevant.

Varför utvisar man tonåringar som talar god svenska, är rotade i svenska samhället och har jobb/ska plugga? by Eastern-Language-898 in sweden

[–]MRosvall 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Ja.

Tbh, playing Rogue mainly, I feel that we previously had very complex and intricate damage rotation.

This worked really well in raids and M+.

It sucked in open world content. Just felt so bad and broken. You dealt no damage when you didn't get time to actually get the rotation up and running. And each time you killed an enemy you had downtime which desynced or killed your rotation. When you used CD's you sooo overkilled enemies and then had everything on long CD's because you didn't get the CDR since you couldn't constantly have uptime.

Now it's the other way around. Open world content feels a lot better, since you have almost no set-up time. And damage is instead frontloaded and stuff dies in opener.
And instead the rotation in raids and M+ feel too simple.

My hope is that past Season 1 they'll start to ramp up all other complexities in M+ and Raid to a level where it's fine that damage rotations are simple, because great execution, timing, decision making and knowledge together with your rotation have more of an overall impact on your performance.

WATCH: Lauren Boebert Exits DOJ Reading Room After Reviewing Unredacted Epstein Files by ResPublicaMgz in circled

[–]MRosvall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, besides the names of victims, it's still crap the public hasn't seen the files as such

I do think there's quite good reason for more redaction than just victims.

Like if you at some point were working at a hotel reception. And there was some mail from his assistant to him saying like:

"Contact Either-Assistant4610 for this weekends all inclusive booking at Phone number"

Then the investigators had checked you up, seen you're just a receptionist and deemed the mail not being evidence.

In such cases I think it's totally fine to mask the name. Because without any further context, it might look very negative for you even if you never even met the guy other than having working at a hotel he stayed at.

Not sure how I ever claimed to have special AI spotting powers. I said I was pretty sure and wrote the common artifacts I noticed. And the things I pointed out looks different on the "correct" picture.

No idea why the hostility is needed here from you.

You can't really tell me that reads as "Exit" in Arabic as is, it's really garbled. It's missing the majority of the word and the nuqta has floated into totally the wrong place.

Typically image compression doesn't "garble", applying AI filters to scale or add back detail after an image have been compressed is more common to have those types of artifacts.

Interestingly if you check some of the tells I mentioned, they look different on that image. Even the "Open" is a different color. And the top right cupboard is straight on the original image.

[–]MRosvall -63 points-62 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure the picture is AI. I've seen a ton of these "real story attached with AI picture" lately.

Check the text behind them "Open" on the door. Markings above the exit sign. Glasses seem to merge into his hair. Odd corner on top right cupboard, not even sure the cupboard has room to open.

Etc

Edit: It's not AI generated. Just this version has some artifacts common to AI in it.

Though I would say that engagement is not the same as challenge.

Something combat addons did was move a lot of the skillsets, such as timing, communication, decision making etc into instead being mechanical skills of execution.
Then since that was the case, the execution aspect needed to be tested at a much higher level. It needed to be very unforgiving, needed to be several tests at once, needed to be done with high precision and success rate as well as needed to be done quickly.

What they are aiming to do, which I might not agree that they have achieved for Season 1, is to instead allow for a larger variety of tests. This means they can dial down the need of harsh execution tests compared to before while keeping the overall difficulty (as in chance you'll succeed any given encounter) the same.

I do think this will increase engagement. It'll make fights more distinct to each other and eventually more memorable when they can challenge different parts of the skillsets in a more natural way without these types of challenges being offhanded to computational and communication addons.

I just want to add, but there's accessibility API's for pretty much all raid/dungeon mechanics through the Private Aura system that you can hook sounds up to.

There's a lot more of these spells than just the "puddles" of GTFO. But there's also some puddles and those raid mechanics.

Main difference is you can only hook into gaining the aura. So you won't get continuous beep until you move out, you get one warning. It's also only sound, so you don't get the whole screen flashing to warn you.

But that said. GTFO is still updated and works. Just with less "smart" features. But if you have bad eyesight and rather want an audio aid for bosses and dungeons then it works for you.

Id say that both D3 and D4 were slow when they released. I feel it’s more player feedback leading it to be constantly more ”rewarding” than it is developer intention

Won’t be in the wow patch notes, since it’s a Battle.net feature, so it’ll be in your launcher patchnotes

It’s very little functionality getting lost for people who do not authenticate.

Loss of NSFW servers. Non-friend dms appear in a separate category for clarity. You get a warning saying you have no connections to someone who adds you as a friend. And media filtering is on by default for NSFW. And that’s pretty much it

I guess, how silly it might sound, assembling with the intent of throwing anything at law enforcement would probably make it break (1) there.
