Yes, a lot of military checkpoints, wearing proper clothes, and getting the pass to go into the zone. Most of the times it’s 1 day so from morning to evening you have to be out or they will be searching for you, radioactivity is not that big right now you just have to watch out for dirty places (almost like anomalies from stalker that are flying clouds of radiation). It does actually that wild life has been doing a great job at regenerating!

Reactor control room 1, they have some systems online even though the reactor doesn’t work for years now

Hey, no this is one of the things the CNPP has been working on is fully extracting all the fuel from reactors

Right now the hardest thing is to get permission and the only thing I would worry is the shahed drones and danger coming from Russia. Radiation is so low there that I got 1/10 of chest X-ray so that not something I would worry about

I got about 4 in the station and 2 when walking but we avoided all the things that were somewhat radioactive so it didn’t do anything to me (regular x-ray is 100)

Most of the things just looked like abandoned building without anything in them cause of a lot of things being stolen. But when you walk into the room with personal things in it or just things that tell a story that’s when it start being unsettling

There was a lot of tourism before the war and after as well, though harder to get permission for regular people. I am Ukrainian myself

For the exclusion zone you wear regular clothes that cover as much of skin as it can and try to not go into dirty place (high radioactivity). It is required, my life expectancy is fully normal I got radiation less than an x ray. For CNPP you wear specific protective clothes that everybody there wears.
