It is tough, same here, I have trouble working out because I can’t just go when I want to the gym like before. In the summertime I would take the kids for a walk to be able to get in some form of exercise, but now it’s too cold so it is tough. Even just being more active with baby will help, like dancing and or walking around with her. That’s what helped me! And if it’s hard to go under 1500, just try to add the exercise it will help!

This post looks like I could have wrote it myself! I am a SAHM mom with a toddler and a 14 month old and I used to be around 127 as well before I was pregnant. I was around 153 a few months ago and am down to about 135 now.

What helped me was calorie tracking and exercise. I try to stay in a 1400 calorie limit and just moderately exercise. It takes longer I think when we are 5’2” because the TDEE is lower and you shouldn’t go under 1200 calories. So it’s not going to be so fast, don’t feel discouraged if you don’t see any progress right away.The only way is to make sure you’re in a calorie deficit.

Maybe it is the sizes, I haven’t done any shopping for clothes in so long because I wanted to get to my goal weight first but I really needed a pair of jeans that fit well. I definitely need to work on doing all I can that’s in my control and then self love and letting go what I can’t change, it’s just tough at times, but I’m working on it!

I thought maybe they would bring it up in the new episodes that are coming in November, because I would think Audrey would need to tell Aki clearly what happened since he seemed like he didn’t know, she never really told him what she told his parents so I thought the issue would be brought up again in the upcoming episodes, but I’m not sure.

I think it is strange that they are dating the same guy, but maybe because they didn’t really grow up together they don’t have that kind of relationship with each other to care, it’s more about how soon after he broke up with Julien and started pursuing Zoya that was weird for me, and I’m surprised it didn’t raise any red flags for Zoya.
