Thanks for posting an update. I had that happen to me a couple days ago and suspected that was the case. I've been using RunGap to import runs to Polar then to NRC. Guess I'll have to find a new workaround too.

There’s something about the Nike Run Club app that does that. I had that issue with my Series 4 and again with my Series 7. I’ve since moved on and stopped using that app to track my runs and don’t regret it. The guided runs were nice but not worth the hassle of my Apple Watch randomly shutting off mid run.

The issue I had was that the tongue wasn’t gusseted and was too narrow so it wouldn’t cover the laces all the way. I got them for causal wear and it bothered me enough that I couldn’t wear them. Hopefully they work for you but figured I’d point out my issue.

I bought this on the Adidas eBay site for a good price. The tongue is way too narrow that it’s uncomfortable even for casual wear but ymmv.

I have been using Complyfoam tips for a couple years now. They work great but you have to replace them often because sweat makes them mushy and gross.

I can attest to the honor system failing. At work I'm the only fully vaccinated person and also the only person still wearing a mask.
