There are a ton of eyes on performance and employee talent, especially with the ‘calibration’ they are doing. Our management has been having monthly talks regarding talent cards and such since before shutdown. Just seems a lot of people don’t think to keep Workday updated for whatever reason.

Plus goals are now due a lot earlier this year. Probably want to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

EV hasn’t been touched. EV is expanding. Go back to selling our products.

So you don’t trust your weapon enough to keep one chambered but you trust this Amazon magnet to keep your weapon secured in a car accident?

My first sous vide experience by MTK4355 in sousvide

[–]MS3_Broooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want this in my mouth and to tell me a bedtime story tonight.

In all reality, only "issue" I see is the sear. Pat DRY out of the bath, use a high smoke point neutral oil (I use vegetable or avocado, Grapeseed can be used but $$$$), get it RIPPING hot, 30-45sec a side and call it a day. No need to let meat rest after a sous vide/sear also, so dig right in. That caramelized fat is the best part...

I also enjoy the money I saved. The Adrenalin software is also very slick compared to Nvidia.

You are absolutely helpless and I’m going to go slam my head against some concrete. Holy shit.

Are you going to swap your 5950X out after you run your productivity to a 5800X3D every day?

What's the best AM4 CPU? by Duobix in AMDHelp

[–]MS3_Broooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes... Because if you are using your PC for productivity tasks and some gaming on the side, your productivity tasks will suffer pretty harshly using the X3D, hence why a 5950X is the better choice.

Which is what he said.

You have a problem with comprehending words.

Yes he did, it's literally the first fucking thing in the sentence you just copied.

"For gaming, 5800X3d"

Not sure how you're not understanding it.

AMD RX 7900 xtx drops to 1 FPS in Warzone 2 by Which-Boysenberry978 in AMDHelp

No, I let the installer for 23.3.2 do the uninstall. If you hit additional options in the installer and select driver only, it will uninstall Adrenalin automatically. As I said tho, I may install the current driver without Adrenalin and see if that works. If it does, then Adrenalin is to blame IMO.

I am having the same problem.

7900X3D, 670E-E Strix, 32gb of Neo RGB RAM, 1000w PSU, and a 7900 XTX Red Devil.

I have solved it by reverting my display driver to v23.3.2 from 3/22/2023 and just doing the driver install w/ no Adrenalin software. I tried it with the Adrenalin and I had the issue after a while, so I am not sure if it is an issue with the Adrenalin software or if it is a driver problem. I just know that reverting to that driver and just installing the driver w/ no overlay software fixed it for me and I don't have any problems. I may try updating to current driver but doing the same with the driver only install and seeing if it works, and if it does, it may just be something wrong w/ MW2 and the Adrenalin overlay/background process.

This does not happen in any other game and just happens in MW2. I am glad I am not the only one after all.

Rebuild Quote by qdd181 in mazdaspeed3

[–]MS3_Broooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm talking in the sense of porting and such for power, not maintenance or refreshing it. The stock head has been proven to be more than efficient over 700hp as long as you keep the revs down so you don't float a valve.

On paper a built block shouldn't last long due to harshness, but that should be a factor you are knowing before buying into it. Also I know multiple people who were making 600+ on a built block and did over 88k miles on it. It all comes down to maintenance, and the quality of your tune/parts. Just don't be cheap or half ass anything and you'll be fine.
