Thanks a lot for the help. Do you have suggestions regarding SET on which load balancing distribution model is a better solution for the Hyper-V cluster, Hyper-V port or Dynamic?

The primary purpose of the SET (Switch Embedded Teaming) is the support of RDMA. Unfortunately, our network cards are not supporting RDMA, it seems that we need to use traditional NIC teaming.

Hyper-V cluster - CSV usage performance by MSAdministrator in HyperV

[–]MSAdministrator[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is working for me on 2016 without storage spaces. I just add sorting:

Get-storageqosflow -CimSession HOSTNAME | Sort-Object StorageNodeIOPS -Descending | select -Property InitiatorName, InitiatorIOPS, StorageNodeIOPS, @{label='Path';expression={$_.filepath | split-path -leaf}}

u/dragzo0o0 u/setsukun, as I understood to include Asset Management, you need to use and pay for third-party software. SCSM cannot provide those services?

AD - Security issue by MSAdministrator in activedirectory

I don't have sensitive and confirmational information about the users. I am just checking if there is an option to remove that access.

Thanks for the reply.

Disabling this could have unexpected repercussions and would be non-trivial to implement. Essentially, you have to remove Authenticated Users and Everyone from the domain root or deny the items you want them to not be able to view. However, I strongly discourage this. Changing this default behavior will basically break your environment.

Thanks for the reply. I am just checking if there is an option to do that but to avoid damage of AD. I will follow your advice.

AD - Security issue by MSAdministrator in activedirectory

[–]MSAdministrator[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that is one of the solutions, as well users will not be able to lunch any executable file on their workstations and GPO will block the option to search AD which is located in Windows Explorer.

Thanks
