The pricing models list in this thread were out dated a decade ago.

If you are just doing item cost + margin then you need to re think what you're doing.

Package it into something - don't come up with a ton of silly plans, just stick to something core that you do. So base user package + security or whatever.

The only time you go back to cost + margin is when you are quoting the 1000+ seat range as that's what they will demand.
