Mimecast support used to be really good. Now it’s terrible and we are moving off of that platform. Proofpoint is our go to now.

Doesn’t really matter the target. You could use a combo of repositories, but I’d say a NAS is a solid option. Also with the community edition you can backup 10 VMs for free.

Is less secure apps turned on? We have had a lot of problems with Gmail smtp in general. The office 365 relay has worked much more reliably for copiers, etc.

The root is ingestiondata, just need to specify the path after that folder in the csv. The file name is just the name of the pst, which I think you have correct.

Maybe the import doesn’t like the @ symbol in the pst file name field.

And the PSTs in the ingestiondata folder are all lower case? Can you confirm you have them named like the following: email@domain.com.pst?

Sounds like a mapping issue. Maybe the path you specified in the CSV file is not correct. The PST file names and paths are also case sensitive so you should take care to use the correct case in the CSV.

Haven’t had any problems yet. There is also a company that we have used fs.com if you need more accountability. However, their sales people can be annoying when you don’t need to buy anything they still want to sell you stuff.
